Riverton Bar & Grill

Dvelop Project Solutions was delighted to lead the refurbishment of the Riverton Bar & Grill, formerly a Sizzlers Restaurant, into a vibrant Sports Bar and Grill. This comprehensive transformation included the full demolition and rebuilding of the entire structure, with the exception of the mechanical units. We constructed a cool room, a bar, a kitchen, new toilets, and renovated the restaurant floor.

One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the incorporation of client-supplied equipment into our construction schedule. The client provided custom-made kitchen equipment, necessitating precise procurement and timely installation coordination. Additionally, the building’s initial condition was below average, prompting significant upgrades to the entry, mechanical plant area, and the addition of a children’s playground.

The highlight of the project was the addition of a striking fireplace, featuring black bricks and white mortar, which brought the area to life. The Health Department’s approval process was completed without major issues.
