Gemini Medical Centre

Dvelop Project Solutions was proud to be involved in the Gemini Medical Centre project. This project entailed the construction of a reception area with a waiting room and ablutions, fifteen consultants’ and pathology rooms, two operating rooms, a nurses’ station with a ward area, three OHS rooms, and staff rooms. We were also responsible for the external construction of a courtyard area, customer and staff car park.

Our scope of work included in situ footings, concrete floors, tilt-up wall panels, structural steel roof framing, and custom orb roof cladding. Architecturally designed roof structures, full-height glazing walls, and hi-lite windows created a bright, airy atmosphere. We incorporated acoustic gyproc walls and ceilings for soundproofing. Additionally, Dvelop Project Solutions oversaw the installation of aluminium sunscreens, perforated feature gyprock ceilings, and external textured painting. We also custom-made the feature reception bench and installed vinyl and carpet flooring. The project also involved installing medical facilities and equipment.

One of the notable achievements of this project was its completion within the 34-week timeframe. The Gemini Medical Centre received industry recognition with the Master Builders Awards 2007 for Best Building under $10 million.
