Mixed Use Development Albany Hwy

This 4 Storey Mixed Use Development comprised 32 Residential apartments (8 different types) and 14 Ground Floor Commercial Offices constructed in Concrete Panels manufactured on site.
The biggest challenge for this Project was the co-ordination of Trades over the 32 Apartments on a relatively tight Construction Site. Trades were subjected to weekly co-ordination meetings and daily direction to maintain progress and continue through the Project until completion. All Trades were well managed and directed and the Project continued flawlessly from conception to completion.
Neighbouring Properties also posed a challenge to this Project especially during the Construction phase and the Civil
Stage. Due care was taken to advise adjoining Properties of upcoming works to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
